Our expertise encompasses managing the process (be it residential or commercial) from inception to completion; from dreams to reality. This includes designing, drafting, plotting, and in the best interest of our Clients, even finding ways of expediting the relevant permits so as to deliver the final project within budget and on time. 

Our team is led by Managing Director Rupert McIntyre, who holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Technology. His incorporated years of experience as a Senior Building Officer, coupled with time spent serving as Deputy Superintendent at the St James Municipal Corporation from 1995 - 2007, offers great incite towards the savvy, fresh young minds of his design and technical team in creating a world class service to all our Clients.
